Return and Refund Policy
At Herbage, we take pride in handcrafting natural beauty products with care, using only the finest ingredients. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. Customers can’t request returns for products set as final sale.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Because our products are classified as personal care items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds, except in the case of:

An incorrect item sent in error
If any of the above applies, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at info@herbage.co.za with your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the issue. We’ll assess the situation and do our best to make it right.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is incorrect, notify us within 3 days so that we can resolve the matter promptly.
Important Notes

We do not accept returns on used or opened products, for health and safety reasons.

We do not accept returns due to a change of mind.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.
Shipping Errors
If we’ve made a shipping mistake, we’ll gladly replace the item or offer a store credit.
